I.
Intuition is doubtless and true,
Clear and authentic to you.
An insight, from a trusted source,
Confidential and customized,
Certain and unmoved.
Arriving unexpectedly,
At a fortuitous moment,
Illuminating the path for you.
II.
And, we dismiss it.
Surrendering instead,
To rationalization and comfort,
To momentum and vanity.
Failing to follow our intuition,
Are we returned to the same place?
A place of “unfinished business,”
Offered another opportunity to “get it right.”
III.
What if intuition is the supernatural,
Communicating with the natural?
How may we stay tuned in?
Sensitive to this pure, generous,
Enlightening channel.
How may we keep this line open,
Dialed into its frequency,
Available to receive its signal,
Trust its source and intention,
Allow ourselves to be guided by it.
IV.
Should we reconsider dismissing its wisdom?
We have to trust the changing signals, too. Everything is ever changing, why intuition would not? I think more important is presence. The now is the true intuition.
