Letting go is a daily practice.
Let go of a small desire, to let go of bigger desires.
Repeat enough times, you may become desireless.
Let go of the feeling that compels you to interrupt or opine.
Rather than insert yourself, become engrossed and silent.
Like watching a movie.
Let go of the “shoulds” and “musts” that renew daily in your mind.
Rather than list them, observe as they pass through your mind.
Like standing at a railroad crossing, watching train cars.
Let go, your mind becomes empty, clear, vast.
Let go of the small, the big will follow.
Desire less, the less you will desire.
Mastering yourself is true power. - Lao Tzu
